Terms of Service — ARQISE | Digital Presence Architecture

Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 1, 2026 · Last Updated: June 2, 2026

In plain language: These terms govern our working relationship. We deliver what we promise. You pay at agreed milestones. Both parties act with respect and professionalism. If something goes wrong, we talk about it. Disputes are resolved through arbitration, not litigation.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing arqise.com, booking a consultation, or engaging ARQISE for services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ARQISE ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Muhammad Ali ("The Weaver"). Any separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work signed between the parties will supplement these Terms; in the event of conflict, the signed Service Agreement prevails.

Acceptance by Onboarding: By completing the onboarding process — including signing a Service Agreement, making an initial payment, or granting access to platforms and credentials — the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service in full.

  5. Review & Handover — Client reviews, provides feedback, receives all assets and credentials.

No work begins until the Service Agreement is signed and initial payment received.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed on arqise.com and/or in the Service Agreement. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Milestone-Based Billing

  • Milestone 1 (Start): 50% of project total — due upon signing
  • Milestone 2 (Mid-Project): 30% — due upon staging delivery
  • Milestone 3 (Launch): 20% — due upon final delivery

5.3 Payment Methods

Payments are accepted via bank transfer, online payment, or other methods agreed upon in writing. The Client is responsible for any transaction fees.

5.4 Late Payments

Invoices are due within 7 days. If not received within 14 days, ARQISE may pause work. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply.

5.5 External Costs Not Included

The project pricing quoted in all ARQISE packages (Foundation, Growth, Dominance, and Custom) covers ARQISE's professional service fees only. The following costs are not included in any package price and will be charged separately as needed:

  • Domain registration and renewal (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare)
  • Web hosting (e.g. Hostinger, SiteGround, Cloudways, WP Engine)
  • Premium WordPress themes and plugins (e.g. Elementor Pro, Astra Pro, WPForms Pro)
  • Third-party software subscriptions required for the project (e.g. Mailchimp, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva Pro)
  • Paid tool and AI subscriptions used by ARQISE during the project
  • Stock photography, fonts, or media licenses
  • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other paid advertising budgets
  • SSL certificates (if not included with hosting)

These external costs will be discussed and agreed upon during onboarding. The budget for external tools and subscriptions will be decided upfront and adjusted as the project progresses based on the Client's evolving needs.

5.6 Tools & Software Used by ARQISE

ARQISE prioritizes free and open-source tools wherever possible. However, certain core tools used by ARQISE are paid and essential to delivering professional-grade results. These include but are not limited to:

  • Claude AI (Anthropic) — AI-assisted content, strategy, and development
  • Antigravity — Design and creative tools
  • Notion — Project management and client collaboration
  • Loom — Video walkthroughs and client updates
  • Other professional tools — as required by the specific project scope

If the Client or their firm has existing paid tools, subscriptions, or software licenses that are relevant to the engagement, the Client agrees to grant ARQISE temporary access for the duration of the project. Access will be revoked or credentials deleted within 7 days of project handover.

Technical Disclaimer: ARQISE is not responsible for technical errors, downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, or software tools — whether free or paid, client-provided or ARQISE-selected. ARQISE will make every reasonable effort to resolve issues promptly but cannot guarantee the performance or availability of third-party services.

5.7 ARQISE Custom Package Builder

ARQISE offers a Custom Package Builder system (arqise.com/custom-package) that allows prospective clients to configure a tailored scope of services, select tools and preferences, and receive an instant pricing proposal with market comparison. By using the Custom Package Builder:

  • The generated proposal is an estimate based on the selections made. Final scope and pricing are confirmed during onboarding and formalized in a signed Service Agreement.
  • The Custom Package Builder is a proprietary system developed by ARQISE. Access is granted to clients and prospective clients for the purpose of scoping engagements only.
  • Generated proposal codes (e.g. A-101-SMITHLLP-20260601) are for reference only and do not constitute a binding contract.
  • Market comparison prices are based on ARQISE's research of industry averages and may vary by region, provider, and scope.
  • Timeline estimates are calculated based on the selected scope. Rush delivery is available at an additional 25% fee for accelerated timelines.

5.8 Referral Codes & Discounts

The Custom Package Builder includes an optional referral code field. If a prospective client has received a referral code from ARQISE or an existing client, they may enter it during the package configuration process. Referral discounts are not applied automatically — they are verified and applied by the ARQISE team after the proposal is reviewed. Invalid or expired referral codes will not result in a discount.

5.9 Custom Package Engagement Process

To initiate a project using the Custom Package Builder, the following process must be followed:

  1. Generate and download the PDF proposal from the Custom Package Builder
  2. Email the original PDF to business@arqise.com
  3. Connect with the Weaver on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/in/muhammadali-haq and share the PDF link in your connection message
  4. Within 3–4 business days, you will receive a single confirmation email from founder@arqise.com containing the finalized package, timeline, pricing, and invoice
  5. First milestone payment — the project officially begins once the first draft payment is received
Security Notice: Only accept or exchange project information, invoices, and credentials through business@arqise.com or founder@arqise.com. ARQISE will never request payment or sensitive information from any other email address, social media DM, or third-party platform. If you receive a communication claiming to be from ARQISE from any other source, do not respond and report it to business@arqise.com.

5.10 Custom Package Builder — Data Privacy

The Custom Package Builder runs entirely in the user's browser. ARQISE does not save, store, transmit, or have access to any data entered into the system. All calculations, pricing, and PDF generation occur client-side using JavaScript. When you close the page, all data is permanently deleted from your browser's memory.

It is the prospective client's responsibility to manually download the PDF proposal and send it to ARQISE via the channels specified in Section 5.9. The original PDF serves as your proof of selections. The ARQISE team will verify all details, and any discrepancies between the PDF and the signed Service Agreement will be resolved in favor of the signed Service Agreement.

You never pay for work that hasn't been delivered. If a milestone is not met to standard, we revise at no additional cost.
