1. Who We Are

ARQISE ("we," "us," "our") is a digital presence consultancy operated by Muhammad Ali ("The Weaver"), providing website design, SEO, branding, LinkedIn optimization, social media management, and related digital services for professional services firms and SMEs.

This Privacy Policy applies to all data collected through arqise.com and its subpages — including our services page, diagnostic tool, free tools suite, and any other touchpoint where you interact with ARQISE.

3.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect or process: racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, or sexual orientation. We do not collect financial account numbers — payment processing is handled entirely by secure third-party payment processors.

4. How We Collect Data

  • Directly from you — when you book a call via Calendly, fill out a contact form, email us, or provide information during an engagement.
  • Automatically — through cookies and analytics when you visit arqise.com (subject to consent where required).
  • From third parties — if referred by another client, we may receive your name and contact details.
  • Publicly available information — we may review your firm's publicly available website, Google Business Profile, and LinkedIn profiles as part of our audit process.
  • Free tools & diagnostic — our free tools and diagnostic tool do NOT collect, transmit, or store any data. See Section 15 for full details.

5. Why We Collect Data

  • Service delivery — to conduct audits, build websites, optimize profiles, and deliver contracted services.
  • Communication — to respond to inquiries, schedule calls, send deliverables, and provide project updates.
  • Improvement — to understand how visitors use arqise.com and improve the user experience.
  • Legal compliance — to comply with applicable laws.
  • Marketing (with consent only) — to send occasional updates. You can opt out at any time.
We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

We do not sell your data. We share only with: service providers listed in Section 8, with your explicit consent, when legally required, to protect rights, or in a business transfer (with prior notification).

ARQISE operates from Pakistan and serves clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. We ensure appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses and data processing agreements with third-party providers.

12. Your Rights

13. Children's Privacy

ARQISE does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Our services and tools are designed for business professionals and firms.

14. Data Security

  • Limited access — client data accessible only to the Weaver and assigned NDA-signed team members on a need-to-know basis

15. Free Tools & Diagnostic — Zero Data Collection

ARQISE offers a suite of free tools and a digital presence diagnostic at arqise.com. None of these tools collect, transmit, or store any user data. All processing occurs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. When you close the page, all data is permanently deleted from your browser's memory.

This applies to all of the following:

  • Digital Presence Diagnostic (arqise.com/diagnostic) — Industry selection, firm details, PAM audit responses, pain point selections, and the generated report are all processed locally. No data is sent to any server.
  • Revenue Leak Calculator (arqise.com/tools/roi-calculator) — Revenue figures and industry selections are processed locally to generate estimates. No data is stored.
  • Meta Tag Generator (arqise.com/tools/meta-tag-generator) — Page titles, descriptions, URLs, and generated HTML code exist only in your browser.
  • Email Signature Generator (arqise.com/tools/email-signature-generator) — Names, titles, contact details, and generated signatures are processed locally only.
  • Brand Palette Builder (arqise.com/tools/brand-palette-generator) — Industry, personality, and audience selections are processed locally to generate color palettes.
  • Business Name Generator (arqise.com/tools/business-name-generator) — Industry, style, and keyword inputs are processed locally. Generated names are not stored.
  • Google Business Profile Checker (arqise.com/tools/gbp-checker) — Checklist responses and scores are processed locally.
  • Social Media Bio Generator (arqise.com/tools/bio-generator) — Names, titles, and generated bios exist only in your browser.
  • Law Firm Website Checklist (arqise.com/tools/law-firm-checklist) — Checklist responses and scores are processed locally.

ARQISE has no ability to access, retrieve, or view any data you enter into these tools. We have no server-side logging of tool usage, inputs, or outputs.

These tools pages may display Google AdSense advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify active clients via email, and post a notice on arqise.com for 30 days.
